Book Review: Taste of Persia

I reviewed Naomi Duguid’s beautiful cookbook, “Taste of Persia,” for The Wall Street Journal! Link is here. If you’re looking for a holiday gift for the cook in your life, this is the one. I’ve been trying to get my tahdig (the crispy bottom of a pot of rice, the crown jewel of the Persian cook’s repertoire) right for years, and this is the book that made it happen.
